The system currently stores only the information needed for you to sign in, create invitations, and manage guests:

  • Account information: display name, sign-in email address, and email verification status.
  • Google or Facebook sign-in information: email address and some basic information needed to link your account when you choose to sign in with these services.
  • Wedding invitation information: bride and groom names, wedding date, selected theme, invitation content, images, and the sections you create.
  • Guest information: name, email, phone number, guest group, RSVP status, and number of attendees.
  • Guestbook information: sender name, wishes, and approval status.
  • Basic activity information: invitation view counts and some temporary data used to reduce duplicate view counting.
  • Manual payment information: confirmation status, package name, price, and confirmation time when applicable.
  • Wedding website creation information: the information needed to create and operate your wedding website, including couple names, wedding date, website path, and site creation status.

3. How we use the information

We use the data above to:

  • create, maintain, and protect user accounts.
  • authenticate sign-in by email OTP, Google, or Facebook.
  • create and manage wedding invitations, wedding websites, and related content.
  • manage guest lists, RSVP, and guestbook entries.
  • record manual payment status when applicable.
  • track basic view counts to operate invitations and measure sharing activity.

4. Facebook Login

When you use Facebook Login, the system only uses the information needed for sign-in and account linking.

  • We receive your Facebook ID, email address, and basic profile information that you allow the app to access.
  • We do not store your Facebook password.
  • We use this information only to create or link your sign-in account on the website.

5. Sharing information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information may only be shared in the following cases:

  • when required by law or a competent authority.
  • to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of users or third parties.
  • when you have clearly agreed to it.

We apply appropriate technical and operational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or loss of data. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.
